I enter the username and password and after pressing enter the log in page reloads with the password box blank instead of taking me to the connect to host PC page. Only happens with one device and of course it's the main device needed to connect to the host PC. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Community. Are you sure you are using the correct login credentials? If they are correct have you tried a different browser or in incognito mode?
