We have very similar issues that specific to only 2 users in different departments.
Screen recording permissions is a dead end on our Macs we use GoToMyPc not LogMeIn.
Any other solutions?

To recap your issue: When connecting to a Mac host, the host will ask the user to login and then disconnect/freeze the user. User shows as connected in the remote session but is not. Is this correct? If so, what device is being used to connect to the host? Is this a new issue?
