To Activate:
- Start Recording *5 (one beep)
- Pause Recording *7 (one beep) Note: this does not STOP the recording, it will pause it which mutes the recording.
- Resume Recording *7 (two beeps) Note: Will continue to record the call
- To finish the Recording the call must be Hung Up
How do you review the recording?
- Open Analytics
- Select Call Reports
- Search for the Call and Click on the Play Option
