Unable to Verify Unattended Access after deployment

We have recently deployed the GoTo Resolve Unattended Access via our Intune Tenant.

We have tested it out with other machines via Intune before mass deploying. All was working for test machines, remote connection, verifying devices in console etc.

Since starting to deploy to all intune machines 700+ the first 100 were pushed into the devices tab in GoTo. The issue we faced is we are unable to verify any of the devices. Error we get is "Device Verification Failed"

Has anyone else ran into this? We are licensed for 1200 Machines. We used the .MSI & Win32

Version 1.20.9.5687

working on uninstalling via Intune to see if reinstalling does anything.

Apologies on the long awaited reply.

It was due to the package being assigned to a group but the group was deleted.

Welcome to the Community. Are you still experiencing this and did uninstall/reinstall help? Are there any other admins experiencing the same issue?
