I am unsure but why is GH team asking for the past week to update something on my website which my team had updated like weeks back? Its annoying that am getting an email with only one line reply? Like seriously You are wasting time for both and are you genuinely trying to help?
On top of that, I think these folks arent even submitting the forms to the carriers. This is an unprofessional apporach and needs to be looked at.
