@cxomni, it's the billing contact email address listed on your corporate account/purchasing contract.

Being a Super Admin doesn't automatically give you access to the billing portal, it's the billing contact email address used in your corporate account/purchase.
I see the email you are using here in Community is not the account billing owner. Can you have that person or use that email to try and access the portal?

How can we see in the admin page which of our users is the account billing owner since in the user overview all users are super admin and there is no indicator who is the account billing owner
