I recorded a session in my meeting room, but there is only sound. No video....

Meanwhile, I learned that the webcam was not activated by default. I never ever worked with a conferencing system which had as a default recording audio only... Now problem has been solved. Thank you for all your efforts.

Thanks for getting back to me. From my original post, was it a local recording? If so, webcams are not shown in local recordings. In order to have webcams shown you should switch to online (cloud) recording.

Thanks for catching up. I was using meeting. Now, I tried out my goto.training. Indeed, it is recording, but still only audio. This must be a joke... And I do not see where I could change setting. My advice would be to change settings in a way that recording video AND audio is active.
Maybe you can help with another advice.

Was it a local recording without screen or video sharing? If so, webcams are not shown in local recordings. In order to have webcams shown you should switch to online (cloud) recording.
