If I add a user to a User Group who has access to a set of device groups, that user cannot see the devices in that group... not until I either remove the user group and readd it, or add the user directly instead. Anybody have issues with this?
@bhiggins27 I haven't found another report of exactly the issue you are reporting, but we do have a new ticket associated with assigning agents to device groups which most likely shares the same root cause. I'm adding your report to that ticket for investigation.
Any update to this? It literally makes the ability to assign a User Group to a Device Group pointless, if I have to manually assign the agent to the device group that is later added to a User Group already assigned to the device group...
