Is there a way to substitute a different link in the confirmation email? For example when a registrant receives their confirmation automatically, can it have a pre set up.....lets say a youtube instead of traditional GOTOWEBINAR link to join?
Thank you. GoTo Webinar is built around Registration > Webinar event > Analytics, so manually adding the YouTube link as custom text in the confirmation and reminder emails is the only option.
Sure. We love GotoWebinar but are looking to increase our YouTube watch hours at the same time. Therefore, we connect our GoToWebinar with our YouTube Live using the YouTube Stream Key and URL. However, we need the Registrants to enter through the YouTube Link which we are currently manually providing but its a lot more work. I would absolutely love an email confirmation customized with the link we want them to use.

The confirmation email is basically sent once. You can add some custom messaging, but you cannot remove the join link and instructions. Can you provide some more details about what you are wanting to achieve?
