Is anyone else experiencing issues trying to use/access the Admin Portal with the Edge browser? The error message says "the service ticket validation failed". I have been using GoToWebinar with Edge for 5 years with no issues. Technical Support told me to use Chrome (which does work) and told me to post here. He has no intention of escalating the issue for it to be fixed - which I find shocking. Thank you!

The site is working fine so far today. I have been in and our of the site several times this morning approving registrants for our upcoming webinar.

Thanks for reporting this. Are you still experiencing this issue? I've tested on my side with Edge, Chrome, and incognito mode and I'm not getting the same message currently.
Are you using the address admin.goto.com?
I just experienced the same exact error when I tried to sign into my account using Google Chrome as well. I got the same issue. I called in a ticket (21218788), and they advised me to try Edge (can't use that), so I opened it in my Firefox browser, and I was able to access my account.
