We have always had an issue with attendees who register who just never receive their login link/confirmation email. We always tell them to check their spam/junk/social/promotional folders in the email inbox. But recently we have reports of many more. This has caused frustration for the attendee as well as our team who then has to reply to emails saying that they never received their login links.
Is there anyone who can provide helpful tips/tricks on how to improve this?
