Hello, is there a way to add a virtual background as a presenter in GoTO Webinar? I don’t see a “settings” to add a custom virtual background.

Welcome to the Community. Virtual backgrounds are available in the new GoToWebinar experience you can add custom backgrounds by clicking the up arrow next to the camera button.
Is there a way to add a custom background as part of my GoToWebinar account - so that all presenters have it available to choose from? Or must this happen individually by each presenter uploading their own file the day of the event?
Hi @Govin96, welcome to the community.
GoTo Webinar Classic (which you are using) does not have this feature built-in, but it can be achieved using a 3rd party application like ChromaCam. Our newer GoTo App experience does have this capability, and you can switch your account temporarily to the GoTo App to try out the new experience.

We’ve been using GoToWebinar Plus for some time now and have received multiple inquiries about changing the background for panelists. I’ve come across a few articles and forum responses on this topic, but the interface in those screenshots appears different from what I’m seeing on our end.
Could you please advise if there’s a way to change panelist backgrounds based on the original or classic version? I can't attach an image of what I see here.

The screenshot is of GoToWebinar in the new GoTo app, virtual backgrounds are not available in the Classic experience.
That is GoToMeet, not GoToWebinar.
