I have made the suggested corrections to ensure my SMS will pass registration. As instructed, I requested the deletion of my old application so I could submit a new one. However, this has not been done.
Please process my request to delete the old application so I can restart the process. The delay in deleting my application is preventing me from conducting business as needed. Unlike the application approval process, which you do not control, this step is within your ability to resolve. Not addressing this issue continues the poor customer service I previously expressed concerns about.
