The Resolve "Status" field changing? You've taken away functionality and given us...? A text version of the big green dot for Status! What happened to be being able to tell if the end user is present or not?
I'm already using a Custom view, and the Activity column is not a visible option. So, back to one of the other views where it's visible to re-customize it.

I don't see that it's been taken away. A column was added that shows activity. That new column shows if an end user is present or not.
