Joining GotoWebinar from GotoRoom Polycom not working.

I am in the testing phase of the GotoRoom setup with new Polycom G7500. When I try to use the Webinar ID to join, I am getting an invalid error.

If I try the same type of connection with GotoMeeting I can join those meetings with no issue. Has anyone see where GotoMeeting works by GotoWebinar does not with the GotoRoom?

Welcome to the Community. Have you tried testing if you can join using the webinar ID on a computer or mobile app?

This article mentions there may limitations on the Webinar like password, manual registration approvals, or security measures in place by the organizer.
