Webinar Certificate

I attended the Hitting the Reset Button webinar today and for about 30 seconds - lost WIFI signal. I was able to rejoin and finish the webinar. 

Usually when I complete the webinars, I receive my certificate promptly. I still have not yet and wonder if its due to my moment of disconnect. 

 

Has anyone else have experience in this scenario? I need the certificate for my employer?

Webinar certificates are sent in the webinar follow up email, typically an hour afterwards. They can sometimes be caught in SPAM filters, so it worth checking for that in your email client. If it is not there, please contact the webinar Organizer directly.
