I am trying to register a computer. I keep getting an error that says Please Try again. The email address or password you provided is not correct. Everywhere i look says I must have typed in the wrong user and pass so i took the user and password and pasted it into a text document. Instead of typing it copied and pasted it into the login and i was denied again but when i copied and pasted it into the website login it worked. I have already tried changing my password and that didn't work. I'm not sure what is going on? Anyone have any Ideas?

Can you provide some more details? After reviewing your account I see that you have 2 active users and 3 inactive ones, is your issue with registering new host computers or new users?
Hi GlennD, are there any updates to this other than just uploading logs?? We have the same issue and its very annoying as we have attempted to reset our password multiple times and even re-installed multiple times. We've never had this in the past. Any responses from others?

We have checked our server logs and they are showing 'incorrect password" as well. Could you please gather the logs from this computer and email them to gotoservice at logmein dot com ?
