I have a user on a brand new Blackberry Bold that I'm trying to support. I sent him the SMS message with the 6 digit PIN -- he received the SMS just fine, downloaded and installed the application.
He says it never asked him to run the app once it was installed and claims he is absolutely unable to find the LogMeIn icon anywhere on his screen (even when he unhides the other icons).
I had him go back to the link to reinstall the application to see if it wasn't installed and it prompted saying it was indeed installed--I told him to replace the install and to proceed..
He is still unable to locate the icon. Is there anything else someone can suggest I tell him because I've walked him through it all and still claims he sees no LogMeIn icon
