You can view the connection quality between your client computer that you're sitting in front of and the remote host that you're trying to access. It is only a source of information about potential connection issues and may give you an idea why your connection is slow or unstable, but it does not offer a solution.
The connectivity diagram provides information on online hosts only. Offline computers do not send connection information to the gateway. You can read more about this new feature here.
