Rescue not working on Windows 7

I have upgraded my Vista Business to Windows 7 Ultimate. Now, I am not able to use LMI Rescue to connect to customers. Everything works at their end, but at my end I see the connection starting & then I get the connection dropped sound.

My system:

Windows 7 Ultimate connected to SBS2003 domain server using MS ISA 2004 firewall client. Browser is Firefox 3.5., security Nod32 v2.7 & Prevx3.

Load Firefix

Click Tools, Addons

Highlight Logmein Rescue Console add-on

Click Uninstall

Restart Firefix

Restart Firefox

It should be fixed

Rescue will not run on Win 7 x64 with Firefox 5.

Are there any updates to the console to allow it to run on x64 machines?

I have tried removing the add-ons from both IE8 and Mozilla. I continue to get the same error with Win7, this did not happen with Vista. Tech support just says the same thing, remove the add-on and reinstall. I have triple checked my firewalls are disabled. Any tips or pointers on how to figure out what is blocking my PC and rescue?
