We are having a problem with our students in that they are reading the email confirmation without understanding that they do not Join the webinar through the "Before the training" instructions. They click on the test your connection link and they think that by going in there they can access the webinar. They don't understand this is an example that they will see. Would it be possible for this to be made clearer so that people will simply click the "Join" link under that whole section?
Hi Glenn,
I do not think this is a matter of language barrier but instead the students not understanding the system and not reading down far enough. We just need them to see that they will simply click the Join link to enter the webinar. Maybe within the "Before the training" should be edited to say "Test your Connections" instead?
Hi @galmind, I can talk to our support site team about adding some additional messaging to the page, although it is already clearly stated that this is for a test session only. Is this happening often? Is possibly due to a language barrier?
