I have paid for monthly subscriptions but did not allowed to conduct session. Anyone can help in this regard

Dear, this service was not allowed for Pakistan clients .. But fee has been deducted ...Moreover there is no method to raise complain. If you are from support , than kindly refund my subscriptions . Regards
