The message view has changed making it much harder to view the new messages as they come in. There are several extra clicks that you must do in order to see who messaged you and then to go back to another message its more clicks. This should be an easy way for me to be able to message my staff and it has become very hard to communicate since the notifications don't always make the sound (even though its set up to do so ) plus the format is so different that you can't just look over at a glance to see if someone has responded to you - you must really click through some items to clearly see that you have received a message. Can't this be changed back to the old way ? It was much more comprehensive and much easier to use.

Regarding the notification sound not working consistently—could you please let us know how often this happens and on which device(s)? Is it only happening on a specific computer or mobile device, or do you notice it across all your devices? How often does it happen? This information will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively.
