Remotely working on Android Devices

I assuem there is soemthign special or an add on I need to purchase to remote into Android Devices?

Iphone also?

Are people using this functionality and how well does it work?

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks - That would be more work than I would need with the minimal mobile support I need to do.
