GoToAssist Service Desk strips all SMTP header info from customers' messages when submitted via email.Is there any way to view this info, or to download original messages as received, complete with message headers?
I have the same problem - it would be very handy to see the details in full. My proposed workaround is to configure a mailbox for the forwarding email address I have configured to send into Service Desk
