Hi,
is there a problem with the recording editing today (11/09/25)?
I am trying to edit a webinar recording from yesterday (10/09/25). When I close the preview window (having checked my edits) so that I can save my edits the screen goes totally blank. When I refresh my screen I am returned to the original unedited recording so all of the editing is lost - v frustrating. This has happened 3 times so far today. I've logged out and back in. I've tried at different time points.
If you can let me know when the system is back to working as normal, that would be great.
