The issues you are experiencing with Cloud Recording appear localized and are not being reported by other customers. Based on the screenshot of the error you received the other day, and some of the details that you have shared I do not think that you have a stable connection to our Cloud Recording servers. I recommend that you switch your GoToWebinar settings to local recording for now.

We haven’t received any reports of issues and there were no outages with webinar recordings on November 5th and 6th. To help us investigate further, could you please provide a bit more detail?
