GTW - Access to the requested resource is denied

Hi there.

I’m using the GoToWebinar app for Eloqua and recently the app stopped working. 
I see the following error message is returned:

Error message from Critix errrocode:”AccessDenied”, “description”:”Authentication succeeded, but the access to the requested resource is denied”

Assuming this is a permission issue.

Could you share the list of right the GTW account needs or do you have any suggestion on what else to check.

Typically this error indicates the authenticated user has a valid access token but is not an Organizer or Co-Organizer on the webinar and does not have access to it or its data.
One thing you can try is:

Navigate to this URL while logged in as the organizer:
https://authentication.logmeininc.com/logout

This will clear any and all tokens they have out there.
Then do whatever steps the integration requires to login/connect back with GoTo and try again.
