Appreciate any help that can be provided in workarounds to solving the issues below. Over the past few months these issues have become increasingly common. When I contact CS they say to check that OS and browser (Chrome) are updated to latest version. Despite this being done issues persist. Thanks for your help! These issues persists among different users in different location on different IP addresses and devices.
1. Uploaded documents frequently failed to appear under the Materials section, even after multiple upload attempts. - Need to close out session and re-load each time to get materials uploaded during a training to display.
2. Testing - When the instructor clicks on 'end and share' on completion of test the test hangs and aggregate results cannot be viewed.
3. Students are unexpectedly disconnected from breakout rooms multiple times, interrupting their group activities and discussions.
4. Documents shared through google drive in breakout rooms hang with error message "Something went wrong"
Above issues have significantly disrupted the session flow and affected the overall learning experience of students in our training.
Maybe GoTo has a solution to these issues but the team has not been very helpful so far. Thanks Again.
