Over the course of the last few weeks, several of my users have attempted to log into their computers via Gotomypc. They see the machines as available and active, so they click the Connect button and the screen tells them it's trying to connect, but eventually the attempt times out. Trying to restart the Gotomypc service via the button in the 'available computers' screen just means they spend the next several minutes seeing their machine as unavailable. Trying to restart the computer via the button in the available computers screen tends to do the same thing. We've made attempts to restart these machines via remote-restart commands in Powershell after Gotomypc stops working, but that doesn't seem to change anything. Eventually the machines suddenly show up as available again in Gotomypc and the users will generally be able to connect, but the amount of time it takes to get through varies, and we can't seem to isolate whether 'restart gotomypc' or 'restart computer' is responsible.
The users are all using Windows 11 for both host and client machines. They are on Gotomypc 25.10.4334. One of the host machines is a Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 4, while the others are Dell Optiplexes. I can send logs if that will help.
Thank you.
