Support Link is not working

I have a billing issue but when clicking Contact Support I get

This site can’t provide a secure connection

link.goto.com sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I can not find an email for support either. So not sure who to contact a real person. the AI Chat isn't helping.
