It’s just annoying that every time I click on a text message, the new customer contact pop up shows up and I have to close it before I can reply. It would be great if that feature could be turned on or off.

Thanks for the additional information. It sounds like you are being asked to add an external contact when texting. Would it be possible to post a screenshot? I'd like to share what you are seeing with the team.
I’m using the GoTo app on my Windows 11 desktop. If I get a wider monitor, it looks like it would sit off to the right and stay out of the way. I’m also using texting with the inbox, but I’m not really sure if it’s a shared inbox. I’m the only one using the texting feature right now.

Can you let me know if you are using the desktop or mobile app? Are you texting or using the chat in the shared inbox?
Also do you have any integrations connected?
