Accessing GOTOMYPC from MacOS

I have a MAC at my fulltime home, in NJ, and a second home in NYC. I'm unable to access my work computer thru Gotomypc from either MAC. Can you suggest a fix?

Not sure what a Launcher is. Nothing seems to be asking for an access code. I'm fine to screenshare if that's something you do. Thanks for all your attention. Mitch

Thanks for getting back to me. Do you see a launcher when you connecting with your Mac? If so, does it ask for an access code after?

I've been using GOTOMYPC for many years. From my Dell computer (in Florida) and from my iphone it works fine. I have a MAC at my home, in New Jersey, and at my apartment, in Manhattan. Neither MAC can get me on to GOTOMYPC.

Is this the first use of GoTo My PC? If not, is this only happening when you use a Mac? Can you let me know what happens when you are trying to connect?

Otherwise, there are basic troubleshoots you can try:

Check the Host Computer: Ensure that the GoToMyPC app is running on your work computer and that it's not in sleep mode. You might need to physically check it if it's offline.
Try Different Locations: If you're having trouble from both Macs, try connecting from a different location or network to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, security software on the client computer can block the connection.
Firewall Settings: If you're still having issues, check the firewall settings on your host computer. Make sure that GoToMyPC is allowed through any security software.
Reinstall GoToMyPC: If the host computer still shows as unavailable, you might want to try removing and reinstalling the GoToMyPC application on that computer.
