Client 1.3.5662 File Manager

So I updated to 1.3.5662, not sure what my previous version was, and I'm having a lot of trouble with the File Manager. It makes me log in every time, despite having having "Save credentials" checked. I can't drag files from the Windows file explorer anymore. Worst of all I can't open and edit any remote files, I just get the "Transfer updated file" dialog and nothing else happens. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Are they known bugs? Is there a way to download a previous version?
