Call Transcript Search on Web/Desktop
Effortlessly find what matters most in your calls. With our easy search feature, you can quickly look up keywords or phrases within transcribed call recordings. Instantly locate important conversations, resolve customer complaints faster, and uncover valuable insights from past calls. This means streamlined investigations, more accurate reports, and significant time savings for your team—especially when dealing with high call volumes.
Key Details:
A new search bar has been added to the Analytics portal, allowing users to quickly search for and find relevant calls with ease.

When a search returns enough results, users can open the All Results page to easily review all matches. Selecting a result opens the Inspector panel, where users can quickly view the full transcript or play back the recording. If more details are needed, the button at the bottom of the panel lets users jump directly to the full Interaction Overview.

Transcript search is also available in the GoTo app. In this experience, contact results are prioritized by default, but users can select the Search Transcript suggestion to view matching call transcript results.
