We are planning to run a Virtual Event in the next few weeks, but I have to admit that I am in a bit of a struggle, as many things I am familiar with from running webinars don't seem to bet there (or different) in a Virtual Event.
How can I start a practice run?
How can I resend an email with the event link to a panelist or find the link so that I can send it myself?
The panelist email says "Join my Session". Can panelists use their link only to join the session they have been assigned to a presenters? If so, do they also need to register as attendees to join the other sessions?
Can attendees join before the scheduled time of the session, waiting until it gets started?
