In our ServiceNow Platform we have previously used the LogMeIn Rescue Plugin to connect directly to the LogMeIn platform and were able to copy history back to the incident tickets directly.
However, since last year we are unable to use this and get the below error -
This functionality has not been working from Mid 2024 so we contacted rescue team to update as below –
We have 3 email fields used in ServiceNow as our users have multiple email addresses (see below). The email that we use for SSO with LogMeIn is different to what we have in the 'Email' field in ServiceNow, unfortunately we cannot change this due to other systems that use the field.
Just wanting to check whether it might be possible to have the plugin reference an alternate email field (for example Work Email 1 or Work Email 2). I’m not sure if this is something that can be adjusted on the plugin side, but I was hoping you could advise whether it can be updated to look at a different email field, as we need to use the other email address either work email 1 or work email 2 to utilise the functionalities provided by LogMeIn plugin in ServiceNow.
