Welcome to the community. It looks like you have two requests here:
Change Caller ID randomly:
GoTo Connect doesn’t support changing the phone number on every call. Randomly rotating caller ID (sometimes called spoofing) isn’t allowed due to regulations. The system is set up to show either the assigned caller ID or a specific number chosen by the admin — but it can’t automatically switch numbers for each outbound call.
Add text messaging to let know the nature of the call:
