Need the flexible panel layout when playing uploaded videos...

We run highly technical training webinars with large audiences - and a lot of our content is pre-recorded. It's always a challenge managing a high volume of Q&A support.

With the new GoToWebinar, when playing uploaded videos, the Questions and Chat panels auto merge with the video screen - and the pop out option for using a flexible layout is removed. See video below.

Is there a way to run pre-recorded videos AND have a flexible panel layout while they run? If not please can it be reinstated! Thanks.
