Attendee sound issue

We've undertaken a test webinar this morning with the new experience and one of our attendees had an issue.

We had 2 panelists, the attendee could hear and see 1 panelist, but not the other. All other organisers and attendees could see both attendees.

They were using a windows PC, in their web browser and the ID was 808-239-139

That is very odd, can you share some more details about how this specific attendee joined the test webinar?

* Did they use a Windows PC, a Mac, or a mobile device?
* Did they download the GoTo App to join or join in their web browser?
* Can you provide the 9 digit webinar ID for this test webinar so we can review it?
