DMARC, DKIM, and SPF Authentication Failing when receiving emails from @voicemail.goto.com

Allvoicemail transcription emails from noreply@voicemail.goto.com are failing DMARC, DKIM, and SPF authentication which is causing them to be blocked by microsoft defender in our email server for High Confidence Phishing. I won't post the full header for security reasons but this is the result from https://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx

It does look like emails from noreply@fax.goto.com are sending in just fine with their DMARC, DKIM, and SPF authentication. This has been happening since monday morning (4/13). Is this more of a widespread issue or is this only with us?

In the meantime, we recommend confirming the email security policies for voicemail.goto.com with your IT team or email provider and ensure the address is whitelisted. In some cases, strict security configurations (such as enhanced anti-phishing, attachment filtering, or encryption policies) can block, remove, or quarantine messages if authentication checks do not fully align.
