We are working on resolving a ongoing issue with some devices locking up at random times and producing no bug check or logs of any kind. I have recently found that most of the computers having the issue have Bitdefender kernel drivers installed and loaded. None of our computers use Bitdefender, nor have we ever used it. Determined that it was Resolve who loaded the drivers despite not having their AV licensing. Was wondering if there was a different installer we could use to prevent those drivers from installing or if there were install switches we could use to bypass them. I don't know that these are the cause of the lockups but we already have a fairly hefty kernel stack and having extra drivers hanging around isn't going to help the issue.
