Loading Materials for recurring sessions

When setting up recurring sessions that occur weekly is there a way to add materials for all the sessions? If not is this something that could be added. Our sessions are scheduled six months at a time and use the same guides it should would be nice to load the guides at creation of the sessions.

Using the

I am using: A webinar series that uses register for individual sessions, requires the handouts be added separately to each webinar as they are essentially different webinars.
These are the same Webinars repeated weekly, so materials are the same each week. If we use the register for all sessions, they would be repeating the same class over and over. It would be really nice to add the option for handouts in the invite, so it does not have to be added to every session.
Example: This is the same class repeated every week for a 6-month period, we have a different session each day of the week, but materials must be added to each session individually,

The registration setting defines if the Organizer adds the handouts once or to each session in the series:

A webinar series that uses register for individual sessions, requires the handouts be added separately to each webinar as they are essentially different webinars.
A webinar series that uses register once for all sessions, only needs the handouts added once.

Hi @PamHenness, welcome to the community.

When you schedule a webinar that repeats, you should only need to add elements like a Survey, Polls, and Handouts once and they will be there for each session of the webinar series. I am double checking this to confirm 100%

Can you please share some more details about how you are scheduling the webinars?
