The picture provided is the GoTo Login, can you provide the link you sent to your co-organizer? What device are they using to login?
Why do I have to enter any information if it's a webinar login link for co-organizers? This is a constant problem!!!! I send the link to the organizers, and they CONSTANTLY ask for a username and password!!!! You've RUINED the finished webinar!!! There were MANY problems, and now there are EVEN MORE!!!!

Have you tried signing into your account on the app or entering the meeting ID? What happens? If you have a link that you want to share I can test it on my end.
