For several years now, we've been using our own program to register participants, and their info is imported into GoTo via the API. This has worked very well so far for Standard Live Events. Unfortunately, however, it does not work with the newer “Live Event with Breakout Rooms” format. Only the “Standard” format is transferred; “Breakout” does not seem to work via the API. Will GoTo be adding the “breakout” parameter to the API in the near future? That would be very helpful for us.
