Managing desk phone and app running the same extension at the same time

I run both a desk phone and the connect app at the same time. But as far as the phone system is concerned these appear as two devices. I can take a call on my desk phone and my app will still ring for new calls. Is it possible to make them aware of each other such that if answer on one, I'm essentially busy for the other device. thanks!

Hi @pagedanpa, welcome to the community.

Currently, it is not possible to make the Desktop App and Desk phone aware of each others status. Support for this is not on the immediate development roadmap, but it has been noted. In the meantime, when you are on your desk phone you can switch your status in the GoTo App to DVD which will prevent new calls.
