Speaker slide transition visual notifications

Speakers advise they experience increasing delays between slide transitions as they progress through their presentation when provided with mouse and keyboard control. The delay leads to some uncertainty about whether their input (mouse click or keyboard action) had been registered, resulting in occasional over-clicking.

To improve the user experience when a speaker has mouse/keyboard control, would it be possible to introduce a visual or system-based acknowledgement when a slide advancement command has been received. For example:

1. A brief on-screen notification confirming the action has been registered, or
2. A visual indicator such as a temporary green border or highlight around the slide/screen to signal that the platform is processing the request

This enhancement would provide presenters with immediate feedback, helping to avoid repeated inputs and ensuring smoother delivery during sessions.

Could you provide a bit more detail about the issue?

• How frequently does this happen?
• Does the problem consistently happen with the same participants, or is it random each time with different people?
• Are the attendees who experience the issue all joining from the same location or network, or does it happen across different locations and networks?
• If it’s mostly users on the same network, it could potentially be related to firewall or network filtering rules interfering with the screen‑sharing stream.
• Does the issue happen in every session or only specific webinars? If it's specific webinars could you provide the Webinar ID and the team can take a further look?
