Discrepancy in data on Registration report and Attendee report

Question

For a webinar delivered on 3rd June 2026, the Registration Report shows 336 registered; the Attendee Report shows 322 registered and 203 attended. Why is there a difference? I've downloaded both reports today, surely they should have the same number of registrations? I was under the impression that the Attendee report shows all registrations, and whether or not they attended - which is really useful information, but only if it's correct!  Very grateful if anyone can shed light on this, thank you.

The Registration Report can show higher numbers for two reasons:

* It includes cancelled registrations, while the Attendee Report does not.
* It can also include late registrations from people who only accessed the webinar recording after the live session ended. The Attendee Report only includes registrants who joined before the session end time.

So in your case, the Registration Report total of 336 likely includes some cancelled or post-event registrations, while the Attendee Report reflects the 322 eligible registrants tied to the live session, with 203 of those actually attending live.

Hi @Ros27 sorry to hear your call was cut off, below should answer your questions on the Recorded Registration repot:

1) Associated Webinar

* If the recording access is tied to the post-webinar follow-up flow, the platform can associate that recording registration back to the original webinar
* If someone accesses the recording through a direct/shared link, Video Library, or another non-webinar-specific path, the system may not be able to connect that access to the original webinar, so it shows None

2) Attended the webinar

* No = the system knows which webinar it belongs to and can confirm they did not attend live
* Not Applicable = the recording registration row is not tied to a webinar, so attendance cannot be evaluated in that context

3) Source = Standalone

* The Source column identifies the type of webinar/recording source. In this case, Standalone generally refers to a standard standalone webinar session, rather than another format such as a recurring session or similar multi-event structure.

4) Parent URL = None

* The Parent URL field is often blank or shown as None in standard use cases. It may only populate when the recording is accessed in a context where a parent webpage/source URL is captured, such as an embedded experience, for example, if the recording was placed in an iframe on another website.
