Delegate problem access recording - any suggestions?

We ran a webinar at the end of June with the option to view the recording after the event - one of the delegates is getting the following message - any ideas what the problem could be?

I get a message that the IP address for the server dub.sh cannot be found.

Have you experienced this before and could you possibly advise me on what to do?

Dub.sh is a link shortening service, and some organizations may block shortened links due to security policies. At this time, it is not listed in our Allow List article as a service we use, and I was also unable to reproduce the issue when testing a webinar recording link in an attendee follow-up email.

As a troubleshooting step, the attendee can try right-clicking the “Watch Recording” button in the email and copying the link directly into their browser’s address bar.

To investigate further, we’ll need a bit more information, including a forwarded copy of the email if possible. You will see the option to message me that information by clicking on my username, KateG, if you like. This will help us determine whether an external integration, such as HubSpot or another registration/email platform, may be involved in generating or modifying the links.
