Simulive Polls do not launch

Question

We tried out the SimuLive feature today with a webinar recording from a couple of weeks ago that included polls.

Your website states:

What to do next: Customize your event, including your registration and email preferences. Any polls and surveys run during the live session will automatically launch during the simulive event playback as long as the original organizer of the live session is the one to create the simulive event (the simulive event needs access to the original library in order to pull the surveys and polls and allow them to be interactive), so do you do not need to manually recreate them for this session.

The polls did not launch. I confirmed in SimuLive that there were polls present, but the system only displayed these on-screen as part of the recording and there was nothing to interact with.

The team confirmed there was an issue with Simulive/Polls not playing, and a fix was released on 7/29. I see this Webinar was created 7/23. Could you try testing this with Webinars created after 7/29?

The original webinar ID is 433-883-075.

I do not see one for the SimuLive.

Yes, the results were shown in-session. And there were 6 polls.

Sorry to hear this. I couldn't reproduce it on my end, however I did find a report of this happening, this may be a bug.

Can you share with me the the web ID? Would you know if the results of the poll were shown on the original webinar? Was there more than one poll in the webinar?  I'd like to follow up with the team if this is a bug and if a Fix is available.
